Meet Janis!
Janis and her husband, Fred, moved to Durango in 2017 to be closer to their son Coy, his wife Niki, and their three grandchildren Emma, Maddox, and Price. Fun fact: Janis is the mother-in-law of our amazing lively photographer, Niki Bryant! Janis’s husband, Fred, is semi-retired as a range and wildlife specialist and former director of the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute in Kingsville, Texas. Janis retired as an advisor to graduating seniors at the college of Arts and Sciences at Texas A&M University Kingsville. Janis and Fred’s other two children and their families are Lisa & Tom, who live in New Jersey, and Clint & Donna, who live in Texas. They each have 3 children as well! Janis enjoys spending time with her family and golfing with her neighbors, Steve & Jean, at Hillcrest!
