Introducing the January Lively Lady: Julie Johnson!

Meet Julie!

Julie first came to Durango 15 years ago when her daughter, our amazing lively photographer Niki Bryant, moved here! Julie would go almost anywhere to be with her children and grandchildren — and Durango is absolutely delightful. Julie currently lives on the edge of Palo Duro Canyon near Amarillo, Texas with her husband, so a trip to Durango is not very far. Julie and her husband have enjoyed getting to ski Purgatory, participate in Snowdown festivities, and love the beautiful summers in Durango. She is a retired psychologist, so she tries to get to Durango as often as she can! When she’s not here visiting her family, Julie enjoys creating stained glass and keeping in shape with yoga.

Julie loves shopping at lively because, “I have been a lively shopper for the past 10 years and so enjoy the youthful and bright atmosphere of the shop. My daughter and granddaughter keep me in style with brands from lively such as Sanctuary, Sage the Label, and Saltwater Luxe. I also love the Bryant & Co. perfumes as well as the face tallow that feels so wonderful on my aging skin. It really gives me a beautiful glow!”.
