Introducing the June Lively Lady: Maile King!
Maile grew up in Massachusetts and attended college in Connecticut her freshman year before deciding she wanted to transfer for her sophomore year. After looking at various options, Maile decided to transfer to Fort Lewis College. One of her sisters lived here in Durango, and Maile was excited for the opportunity to spend more time with her and her family. Little did she know that she would fall in the love with the college and the town and end up staying here!
Maile met her husband Ricky while attending Fort Lewis. They were both business majors and had several classes together. They have been married since fall of 2007 and will be celebrating their 15 year wedding anniversary this September. Maile and Ricky have two children - Makena who is 10 and Carter who is 8. They both attend Park Elementary, which Ricky also attended growing up.
Maile started her career in real estate in 2007 and quickly came to the realization that the industry was a great fit for her and something she was very passionate about. After working at an on-site sales office for a few years, Maile obtained her license in 2011 and began working directly with buyers and sellers. She loves working with clients as their trusted real estate advisor and the opportunities to meet so many unique people from across the country that comes along with her job. Outside of work, Maile enjoys mountain biking, spending time at the local lakes, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.

As an added bonus, Maile loves supporting Johnna and her family as they are continually supporting a variety of youth sports and programs in the area.
