Introducing the December Lively Ladies: The Lafferty Duo!
Meet Lindsay Lafferty!
Lindsay moved to Durango in 2004 after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication. She immediately fell in love with the area and did not miss the city at all. She met her husband, Cale, when he was working for his father’s home building company. Cale now owns his own company, Custom-Built, Inc and has been building homes in Durango for over 20 years. Lindsay and Cale share 3 boys. Brody is 15 and attends Durango High School. Parker is 12 and Carson is 7. Both of her youngest boys attend St. Columba.
Lindsay has been in the real estate industry since 2006 and currently works at Sothebys. She enjoys spending time with her family, helping people select finishes for their home, and of course shopping at Lively!
Lindsay’s favorite brands at Lively are Bevy Flogs, Z SUPPLY, and Recycled Karma. She can’t stay away from Recycled Karma’s awesome band tees! Lindsay loves shopping at Lively because “Every time I walk in your are greeted with a friendly face. All the girls are so helpful when I need advice on what I am shopping for or if the outfit looks good on me. By far my favorite store to shop for clothes and shoes”.

Meet Margo Lafferty!
Margo grew up on a ranch in Saguache, CO. She left to attend Western Colorado University in Gunnison. Margo moved to Durango in 2001 for a job opportunity and never left! Margo loves to call this amazing town her home! Eventually, Margo met her husband Casey here in Durango. Casey is also a local builder! Casey happens to be Cale’s brother, making Lindsay and Margo sister-in-laws! Casey and Margo share 2 kids. Their daughter, Elise, is 24 and lives in Charlotte, NC. Their son, Wyatt, is 15 and a sophomore at Durango High School.
Margo is a real estate broker at Sothebys with her sis-in-law and co-owns Colorado Custom Dwellings with her husband. In her spare time, Margo loves interior design, camping, boating, skiing, cooking, and ranching. She has 60 cows, chickens, and 4 dogs! It’s safe to say Margo loves animals!
Margo’s favorite Lively brands include Sanctuary, Z SUPPLY, Wooden Ships, Moonbear, and SO many more! Margo loves to shop local and that’s part of the reason she loves Lively so much. The other reason is “Lively has the most amazing helpful staff that always makes you feel special and welcome. This is my go to for new items for travel, special occasions and gifts. The only problem I have is not buying something for myself everytime I walk through the door”.
